Singapore is a bustling country with a lot going on. So naturally, shopping malls are among the top destinations for locals and tourists alike, but not all shopping malls in Singapore are created equally. In this blog post, we will discuss three cool and unusual shopping malls that you need to visit while you’re in Singapore!
- Lucky Plaza
Lucky Plaza is the largest Singapore shopping mall. It’s also known as “Little Thailand” because of all the Thai brands, restaurants, and stores that are located there.
- My Town Shopping Mall
My Town is a shopping mall made up of many smaller shops and stores all owned by one person. It’s like the Costco or Sams Club of retail space – small businesses sharing a common location to pool resources and reach customers they wouldn’t normally be able to without this setup!
- People’s Park
People’s Park is a shopping mall located in Chinatown. It looks like an outdoor market, but it is still considered one of the most unusual malls in Singapore because there are no big department stores or brands inside; instead, you’ll find lots of handmade crafts and goods!
In conclusion, Singapore has a lot of really cool and unusual shopping malls that you need to visit. Lucky Plaza is the largest; my Town Mall is unique because each store owner rents out space from another businessperson, People’s Park looks like an outdoor market but still counts as a mall, and there are so many more!
